Internal · Two channels
An anonymous platform for employees to communicate with management and schedule monthly one on ones
Your message is locked to management's key the moment you press send. Nobody else — not your colleagues, not anyone who pokes at this page — can read it. No name, no email, and the date only, never the time.
Use this for bullying, harassment, discrimination, safety, or anything that has crossed a line. It goes to management and to nobody else.
Anonymous is a fair place to start. But there is a limit to what can be acted on without being able to ask you anything — so if you're willing, leave a way to reach you below. It is locked with the same key as the message.
Replies management has chosen to post publicly. Your original message is never published — only what management writes here.
Pick one slot from the open times below. This part is not anonymous — your name goes on the sheet so I know who I'm meeting.
Enter the manager PIN to continue.
This creates the key that staff messages are sealed to. Choose a passphrase only you know.
The passphrase is never stored anywhere — that's what makes the messages private. If you forget it, every message already sent becomes permanently unreadable and you'll have to start a new key.
Use a passphrase of several words. Write it down somewhere you keep genuinely private.
Your passphrase unlocks the messages. Nothing here can be read without it.
Forgotten the passphrase? Only the recovery code you wrote down when the key was created can reset it. Doing so permanently destroys every message sent under the old key.
Set a date range, tick the days you want, and give the times. Every matching day gets a window, cut into 30 minute slots automatically.
Everyone who has claimed a slot.
Shown to staff so they know exactly who reads their messages.
Someone has to be reachable who isn't the person being complained about, or this channel is a dead end for the reports that matter most. Name a second route — a co-director, an HR adviser, or an external service.
